Temps fort de l’actualité de l’association, le Conseil d’Orientation Stratégique de la SAUVEGARDE 56 s’est réuni le mardi 03 mars à la Maison des Associations de Lorient.
L’assemblée composée des administrateurs, du séminaire cadres et du CSE, a pu prendre connaissance des enjeux propres à chaque dispositif, mais aussi de la stratégie globale de l’association présentée par la direction générale.
L’année 2026 se place sous le signe de la consolidation et de la transmission. De nombreux sujets majeurs ont animé la présentation, de la question de la place de l’intérim, à celui du déploiement du Dossier Usager Informatisé, en passant par l’attractivité métier et l’enjeu de la reconnaissance d’intérêt général de l’association.

Autant de sujets qui sont d’ores et déjà mis au travail sur les différentes instances de l’association !
