IDEE est un service de la SAUVEGARDE 56 qui propose un accompagnement socio-professionnel destiné à des personnes issues de la communauté des gens du voyage sur le Morbihan (à partir de 16 ans), ce projet s’inscrit dans une mission d’insertion professionnelle respectant le choix de vie du public. Au cours de l’année les personnes accompagnées par le service lèvent certains freins périphériques, découvrent diverses filières métiers, valident un projet professionnel et se forment.
A l’image de cette visite organisée le 18 Mars 2025 à Caudan qui a permis de présenter à l’ensemble des stagiaires de la formation IDEE des métiers dans les domaines de la logistique (métiers du transport) et du recyclage (métiers d’agent valoriste, d’agent de collecte et/ou de tri…) et de les sensibiliser à l’environnement, la solidarité et l’éco-responsabilité.
Un grand merci aux chargées d’insertion professionnelle de Retrilog 56 et Réemploi et Cie, ainsi qu’à leurs salariés, pour l’accueil et leurs échanges.
